ادوارد فرانک (انگلیسی: Édouard Frank؛ زادهٔ ۵ آوریل ۱۹۳۴)[۱] سیاست‌مدار اهل جمهوری آفریقای مرکزی است.[۲][۲][۳][۴][۴][۵][۶][۲] وی از ۱۵ مارس ۱۹۹۱ تا ۴ دسامبر ۱۹۹۲ نخست‌وزیر این کشور بود.
