ان‌جی‌سی ۹۳۸ (انگلیسی: NGC 938) یک کهکشان بیضوی است که در صورت فلکی حمل، تقریباً ۱۸۴ میلیون سال نوری از کهکشان راه شیری واقع شده است. این کهکشان در سال ۱۸۶۳ توسط ستاره‌شناس پروسی، هاینریش لویی داره، کشف شد.^[۵]^[۶]^[۷]
