جامعه کشورهای آمریکای لاتین و کارائیب (انگلیسی: Community of Latin American and Caribbean states؛ مخفف: CELAC - سلاک) بلوکی شامل ۳۳ کشور آمریکای لاتین و کارائیب است.^[۲]^[۳] این اتحادیه به عنوان جایگزینی برای سازمان کشورهای آمریکایی (OAS) در نظر گرفته می‌شود و شامل همه کشورهای عضو OAS (به جز ایالات متحده و کانادا) به علاوه کشورهای نیکاراگوئه و کوبا می‌شود.^[۴] این اتحادیه که در آغاز در ۲۳ فوریه ۲۰۱۰ در اجلاس وحدت جامعه کارائیب - گروه ریو پیشنهاد شد،^[۵] به عنوان جانشین گروه ریو و اجلاس ادغام و توسعه آمریکای لاتین و کارائیب (CALC) در نظر گرفته می‌شود.^[۶] این سازمان برای پیش بردن بیشتر ادغام آمریکای لاتین و کاهش هژمونی در سیاست و اقتصاد منطقه ایجاد شد. تاریخ تأسیس آن در ۳ دسامبر ۲۰۱۱ در کاراکاس، ونزوئلا، با امضای اعلامیه کاراکاس بود.^[۷] از سال ۲۰۱۳، جمعیت کشورهای سلاک تقریباً ۶۰۰ میلیون نفر بوده است.^[۱]
