سیاهرگ سطحی اپی‌گاستر (به انگلیسی: Superficial epigastric vein)، سیاهرگی است که با شریان اپی گاستر سطحی حرکت می‌کند و به سیاهرگ صافن جانبی نزدیک حفره اولیس می‌پیوندد.^[۱]
