پروتئین انگشت روی PLAG1 (انگلیسی: Zinc finger protein PLAG1) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «PLAG1» کُدگذاری می‌شود.^[۴]^[۵]

جابه‌جایی کروموزومی آینه‌ای میان کروموزوم‌های ۸ و ۱۲ سبب تشدید بیان این آنزیم در آدنوم چندشکلی غدد بزاقی می‌گردد.^[۵]

پروتئین PLAG1 با مولکول KPNA2، تعامل پروتئین-پروتئین دارد.^[۶]
