سیمز ۳ (به انگلیسی: The Sims 3) یک بازی ویدئویی شبیه‌سازی اجتماعی به سبک زندگی انسان است که از سوی شرکت ماکسیس توسعه یافته و در سال ۲۰۰۹ توسط شرکت الکترونیک آرتس برای مایکروسافت ویندوز و مک‌اواس منتشر شد. این بازی به عنوان سومین قسمت اصلی از مجموعه بازی‌های سیمز به‌شمار می‌رود. این بازی کامل شدهٔ نسخه قبلی آن، یعنی سیمز ۲ می‌باشد.[۵] نسخه کنسولی این بازی در اکتبر ۲۰۱۰ برای پلی‌استیشن ۳، ایکس‌باکس ۳۶۰، و نینتندو دی‌اس، و یک ماه بعد برای وی عرضه شد. نسخه ویندوز فون بازی نیز در ۱۵ اکتبر ۲۰۱۰، از طریق فروشگاه ویندوز فون در دسترس قرار گرفت. نسخه کنسول بازی دستی نینتندو ۳دی‌اس در ۲۷ مارس ۲۰۱۱، به عنوان بازی زمان عرضه منتشر شد. دنبالهٔ این بازی تحت عنوان سیمز ۴ در سپتامبر ۲۰۱۴، برای مایکروسافت ویندوز و نوامبر ۲۰۱۷ برای کنسول‌ها عرضه گردید.
