جایزه اسکار بهترین طراحی لباس (انگلیسی: Academy Award for Best Costume Design) یکی از جوایز اسکار که هر ساله توسط آکادمی علوم و هنرهای سینما (AMPAS) برای دستاورد در طراحی لباس صنعت فیلم ارائه میشود.[۱]
این جایزه برای نخستین بار به فیلمهایی که در سال ۱۹۴۸ میلادی تهیه شده بود اهدا گردید. در ابتدا ردههای جوایز جداگانه، برای فیلمهای سیاه و سفید و فیلمهای رنگی ایجاد گردید. این دو رده در سال ۱۹۶۷ میلادی ادغام گردید.[۲]
