جایزه اسکار بهترین فیلمنامه غیراقتباسی به جایزه اسکاری گفته میشود که به فیلمنامههایی داده میشود که بر اساس نوشتههای قبلی ساخته نشده باشند. این جایزه از سال ۱۹۴۰ ابداع شد تا از شاخهٔ جایزه اسکار بهترین داستان جدا شود.
